The seagoing ship unloaded in the port of Amsterdam on a foggy morning. The boys of the Koperen plough on the way back from a job in the harbor. The large sea ships and the small boats that pick up the ropes and help with mooring.
The roughness of the port the large sea-going vessels the small inland vessels the men and women working in the port. This picture shows all facets of the harbor. The rusty cargo ship the bow wave of the boatman raft the peace on Sunday morning.
Raw and the port as it is the people who work there. The images I see there I like to photograph because it is art in itself. The harbor is a different world. The landscape of the harbor is always in motion. The ships, the people and the landscape continue to fascinate me.
