Sand is shaped by wind and weather into the most beautiful sculptures. At sunset I found this 'sand cake' on the coast at paal 9 on Texel. A beautiful evening with beautiful colours in the sky, giving the sand an orange glow. The thin sand on top looks like powdered sugar.
