21 November 2023 walked around the Amsterdamse Bos. With its variety of vegetation, it is a photographer's delight. Water , bridges and beautiful autumn colours are a delight to the eye.
In the 1990s, the idea was born to turn the Amsterdamse Bos into a sculpture forest. Two sculptures by Rückriem were soon purchased as a start, but it never came any further. The location for the werke was chosen by the sculptor himself. Scheibe stands at the foot of a hill between two paths, 'Stéle' (not on this page) stands near the large playground. Scheibe was sawn through six times, after which the pieces were put back together again.
