Oia is a small town on the Greek island of Thera (Santorini), one of the Cyclades. Located on the north-western side of the island of Santorini, the town is built up against the slope of the volcanic rim. The houses are partly carved into the rock.
It is a photogenic town typical of white houses with flat roofs and blue window frames and churches with blue domes.
