This photo: "Rural simplicity: Drops rest in the fluff of a Tragopogon" is a macro photo of a very small part of a Tragopogon. This plant is usually called Morgenster in the Netherlands. This plant is very similar to a Dandelion (and it is also related to the Dandelion). Both these plants, after they have finished flowering, get a beautiful ball of fluff. Only the fluffiness is different. On a morning star, the fluff has a nice cobweb-like structure. If you zoom in on this photo, you can see that. Very small water droplets are caught in this cobweb-like structure.
This gives a nice effect to the photo.
The warm brown tones give a calm atmosphere to the photo. The light cream - beige-like background suits this nicely, and keeps the image calm.
I chose a small depth of field in this photo. The focus is on the transition from stem to fluff of the middle fluff, and thereby part of the middle part with droplets in the fluff. The further back and front you look from this part, the fainter the ball of fluff becomes. This gives a sense of depth in the photo, in addition to calmness.
This work could, for example, hang beautifully as wall decoration in the bedroom, dining room, kitchen or just above the sofa in the living room! Also beautiful in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, office waiting room or practice room!
