"Rural tranquillity: A fluff ball on a watery surface" is a macro photo of a beautiful fluff ball of a Tragopogon (in the Netherlands, the Tragopogon is also called Morgenster).
A Morgenster (Tragopogon) is very similar to an ordinary dandelion. They also both belong to the Composite family (Asteraceae). After flowering, in both of these flowers, the flower turns into a ball of fluff. The fuzz of this fuzz ball seems to have a kind of cobweb-like structure. Ideal for small water droplets to stay on or stick to.
In this photo, there are also very small water droplets on the fluff. These are really tiny droplets, if you zoom in on the work you can see them. An image that has a rural atmosphere. Thanks to the soft and calm light colours, it exudes tranquillity and simplicity.
This work could, for example, beautifully hang as wall decoration in the bedroom, dining room or simply above the sofa! Also beautiful in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, office, waiting room or practice room!
