Rozewerf, also spelled Roze Werf, Rozenwerf or Rozen Werf, is a hamlet in the municipality of Waterland, in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is one of the hamlets that form the living community of the former island Marken.
Rozewerf is situated right on the dike that protects it from the water, once the Zuiderzee now the Markermeer.
Rozewerf is originally a terp, which is called a dockyard. This terp was not named after the colour but more than likely after the person or family Roos or Rozen, who owned or built the dockyard. Just like the other shipyards situated north of Rozewerf, most of the houses date from the 18th and 19th century.
