Rowers sailing in the close up in the harbour. The rowers in the foreground with a container ship and container cranes and the harbour quay in the background. The container ship moored to load and unload containers. The rows of cranes to move the containers.
The rowers in the harbour the men assisting the mighty ships with docking. The rowers spring into action when a ship is about to leave port again. The mooring lines required for docking also go loose again.
The rowers with the faster ships and the smaller fleets always needed to assist the ships in all weathers. Raw and the port as it is the people who work there. The images I see there I like to photograph because it is art in itself. The port is another world. The landscape of the port is always changing.
