Along the legendary Route 66 in the United States, I stumbled upon this abandoned gas pump.
Once, thousands of cars passed through here, sleek stylized rockets from the '50s and '60s, such as Chevrolets, Buicks, Fords, and GMCs.
What remains is a relic of the past. An old gas pump.
A silent witness to faded glory and transience.
In the midst of the desolate landscape, the sight of it left a deep impression on me, a meeting between grandeur on one side and the inevitable changes of time on the other
