Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
  • The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
  • Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Rotterdam, cruise terminal at Kop van Zuid’ by Peter Hofwegen

At the cruise terminal, a mobile staircase was ready to welcome cruise passengers to Rotterdam. It was already a bit later in the afternoon and the sun was barely shining. I wanted to make the stairs look as big as possible by using a wide-angle lens to photograph it as close as possible. This distorted the image but that was the…

Als ik de geheugenkaart uitlees is het altijd weer een verassing wat er weer op het scherm verschijnt. Als de foto zich daarvoor leent zet ik hem om naar zwart-wit en probeer 'em wat extra's te geven. Veel plezier met kijken!
