Rovinj is located in the west of Croatia, on the Istrian peninsula. The city was founded on an island that was connected to the mainland in 1763. Since then, the centre has been on a peninsula. The medieval buildings extend to the sea without a boulevard around it, which makes this place a pleasant place to look at. Rovinj has a car-free center where you can stroll through many old streets. The most important monument is the Sint Eufemija church. In the vicinity of the harbour you will also find a square with many cosy restaurants and cafes. Rovinj is a popular sun holiday destination in Croatia.
Landscape photographer and drone pilot Koen Henderickx will gladly take you on a discovery of the most beautiful places, both close by or a little further away.
His mission is to introduce people to the beauty of nature, from water, the land or in the sky via drones.
