About ‘Rocks on the beach II’ by Wim van Beelen
The algae-covered rocks on the beach of Katwijk aan Zee. They are placed here to ensure that the sand is not taken into the sea when the excess fresh water from the Rhine enters the North Sea. Photo was taken during sunset and has a dreamy effect due to the use of a lens from 1966. It's like a volcanic landscape

Welcome to my shop at Werkaandemuur. I love to make beautiful pictures with my camera, especially in my hometown Katwijk or the surrounding area. I think it's great to be able to sell my pictures with Werkaandemuur, so that maybe a work of art of mine will be hung on the wall at your house.
