Reed plumes in the wind Reed plumes in the wind was created on a cold windy winter day in February along the Südliche Weinstraße in Germany. It was constantly cloudy and dark, and occasionally it rained too. I was hoping for that one moment when the clouds parted for a moment and the sun broke through. The contrast, with the dark sky in the background and the halms shone by the sun, was a heartwarming experience.
