At work, I see cane plumes moving gently back and forth in the wind. The plumes are soft, with a delicate texture, and seem to dance with the wind. The inspiration for this work came from the simple yet powerful beauty of nature. The rhythm of reed plumes moving in the wind is something that has always fascinated me. It symbolises the fragility of nature, but also the power of the elements that set everything in motion. The idea was to capture this moment of calm and natural movement and show the beauty in something simple.

I try to create an atmosphere of calm and serenity. The movement of the reed plumes evokes a sense of peace, like a moment of stillness in nature. The lightness of the plumes in the wind radiates a sense of freedom, where everything seems to be in harmony. The work invites introspection and experiencing a peaceful connection with nature.

The message I want to convey is the idea of impermanence and the ceaseless movement of nature.
