Red Tulips 1 and 2 are two hand-painted acrylic paintings in portrait format by the artist Karen Kaspar. The two paintings each show beautiful tulip blossoms in shades of bright red and pink. The background is abstract and shows a spring garden in shades of green, purple and blue. The paintings are painted with loose brushstrokes partly in transparent layers of colour, which gives the paintings the freshness of a sunny spring day.
The two paintings look wonderful together as a pair on the wall, but also look great on their own.
