This impressive animal, walking undisturbed through the high grasses, combined with the light of the setting sun and the primal sounds that seemed to come from everywhere, gave me goose bumps while I took this picture. Often you can already feel that this is the picture when you press the shutter button. It doesn't get any better. This was such a moment.
Pictures of red deer are numerous. I don't just want to make a portrait of the animal, I don't. The environment is at least as important. That's why many of my animal photos are often landscape photos with a model in them.
