The High Bridge (Maastricht: Hoeg Brögk) is a bicycle and pedestrian bridge over the river Meuse in Maastricht. The bridge was opened in 2003 and connects the southern part of the historic center of Maastricht with both the Wyck as the new Céramique district, both on the eastern riverbank.
The bridge was designed by the architects of office René Greisch in Liège. This image is combined a landscape photo of Maastricht with an abstract painting. This mix gives a colorful and interesting result. Beautiful in a modern interior.
