About "Recreation at Hintersee in the Ramsau"

About the artwork

An important trade route led past today's Hintersee district over the Hirschbichl into the Pinzgau, which presumably also contributed to the first settlement of the "Urgnotschaft" Ramsau after the founding of the Berchtesgaden monastery. 1389 already saw a tavern on the former Hintersee estate, and the Wörndllehen was first mentioned in a document in 1461. As late as 1698, only the two estates Hintersee (farm hunting stable building) and Wörndllehen within the second district of the then "Urgnotschaft" Ramsau are listed for the area of today's Hin-tersee district. This second Gnotschafterbezirk now corresponds to the Gnotschaf Antenbichl and Taubensee. Apart from these estates, there was only the Antoni Chapel 500 metres further north in the area of today's village. It was not until around 30 years later that another property called Keinziel was found on maps, which is shown on the current topographical map as Kainzierl but is generally known as Kainzierlhof. The Hintersee hunting lodge, which until then had been located in the Ausmärkischen forest district of Hintersee, was incorporated into the municipality of Ramsau in 1904.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
