About the artwork

The photo, taken at Rabjerg Mile in Denmark with the Sony A7 III, beautifully shows the vastness of the sand dune landscape. The sky is filled with soft shades of blue that subtly blend into the sand, which radiates a warm, golden glow. In the distance, some small figures are visible on top of a dune, further emphasising the grandeur of the dunes. The sloping lines of the sand, with footprints gently left behind, give a sense of calm and emptiness, as if time stands still here. The dramatic, overcast sky enhances the atmosphere of infinite space and natural beauty.

About Rabjerg Mile:
Rabjerg Mile is one of Europe's largest walking sand dunes, located in the northern part of Jutland, Denmark. This unique natural phenomenon moves about 15 metres eastwards every year by the force of the wind. The dune, which is about 40 metres high and covers 1 km², offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, with sand as far as the eye can see. The dune was created in the 16th century by sand drifts that engulfed large parts of the region. Today, it is a popular destination for nature lovers and photographers alike because of its serene, almost surreal setting.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
