About ‘Pyramid of Djoser’ by Jeroen Berendse

About this work:
The Pyramid of Djoser is a step pyramid in Saqqara, the burial field (necropolis), belonging to the capital Memphis. The pyramid was built by the Egyptian pharaoh Djoser. The pyramid dates from the 27th century BC, making it, as far as is known, the first building to have been built entirely of stone.

About Jeroen Berendse:
In daily life, I am a marketer. That means listening and watching customers carefully and using that knowledge to come up with relevant solutions. As a photographer, I actually do the same thing, with the difference that I mainly listen to myself well.

Photography is a way of telling a story. Shaped into the perfect still image. A good photo takes your mind to a special place in the world, an event that makes you smile or puts your creative mind to work. And because this is very personal, the same photo evokes a different experience and feeling in everyone. In the photographer but also in the viewer.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
