In this picture, peacock feathers are arranged to resemble two eyes looking at you. The peacock spreading its feathers wide symbolises pride. This is also expressed in the saying 'proud as a peacock'. The eyes get all the attention in all their colours. They look at you with an almost innocent gaze. They can be a colourful and interesting addition to an interior, the 'finishing touch'. You keep looking at it, it brings something special into your home or office. And if you want to go crazy: hang the artwork upside down for a while for variety. In reality, only one feather was used in this work. Using the photographic technique of multiple exposure, the feather has been captured once more in the image, in a way where the images overlap. This process takes place in the camera. It is interesting to discover which camera settings suit the image you have in mind.
