About "Portrait of a pet"

About the artwork

Bella, my red and white cat animal.
She knows exactly what she wants and shows this with a purrrrt sound and a cuddle against my legs.
Then I know .... she wants something from me. A cuddle, some food or something to drink. She often gets a bowl of whipped cream for delicacy or dessert which she can enjoy seemingly delicious.
When she is satisfied mrs. peert herself outside again or lies down in her relaxing chair in the attic when it's cold and raining.
Not this day, it is a beautiful day and the sun shows itself every now and then. The pavilion roof has become nice and warm because of the sun, so here mrs. wants to lie down.
What lovely pets with a versatile behaviour.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
