Bedouins are desert inhabitants and they live mainly in the Arab world. Bedouins (nomads) often live in tents and lead a nomadic, or half nomadic existence. In the tourist sector they lead camels with tourists through the desert for a day or several days. This picture was taken in the Sahara of Morocco.
Due to influences of Western culture and tourism, the life of many Bedouins has changed dramatically in recent decades, but some of them still live with traditions and customs that go back many centuries.
