It remains an extraordinary sight: endless rows of pollard-willows with their feet in the water twice a day. Pollard willows are rare in the Netherlands, but not along the Oude Maas. This is one of the beautiful old pollard willows. Not one is the same, they are all unique and one is even more beautiful than the other. If you go by them you would like to photograph each one.
