The Petronas Twin Towers is a tower complex in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. When it was inaugurated in 1998, it was the tallest building in the world. On October 17, 2003, it was surpassed in height by Taipei 101. However, the Petronas Twin Towers remain the tallest identical buildings in the world.
