People fishing at sunset by All Africa

This mesmerising artwork transports the viewer to an imaginary African landscape imbued with the magic of dusk. At the centre of the sculpture, a majestic sun slowly sinks below the horizon, its rays spreading a warm glow across the vast landscape.

In a picturesque river in the foreground are a few people, their silhouettes sharply outlined against the calm waters. They are busy catching fish, their activities illuminated by the last light of the day. The scene exudes a sense of community and harmony with nature, in which people and landscape blend seamlessly.

Behind the fishermen, majestic mountains loom against the horizon, their peaks bathed in evening colours. The mountains add depth and grandeur to the landscape, while evoking a sense of timeless beauty.

A few clouds move past the setting sun, their soft contours contrasting with the glowing sky. They add a touch of movement and life to the scene, as if nature itself is participating in the spectacle.

This artwork evokes an atmosphere of peace, togetherness and connection, where the magic of twilight soothes and wonders the soul. It invites the viewer to participate in this imaginary African scene and enjoy the enchanting beauty of nature and human interaction with it.
