Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
  • The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
  • Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Pechofenstein, Saxon Switzerland - Rock terrace and Kleiner Winterberg’ by Pixelwerk

Only a narrow, steep path leads to the rock terrace visible in the picture. Rather inconspicuously, this turns off from the Königsweg, high in the direction of the rocks. Coming from the forest, of course, is not to guess what a magnificent scenery and view up here waiting to be visited. Quite spectacularly, you hang here halfway up…

From Königstein I set off to rediscover the beautiful Elbe Sandstone Mountains in new ways. This creates pictures of exciting landscapes and dreamlike nature. They are testimonies of numerous hiking tours somewhere between adventure and relaxation.
