What a beautiful and varied area is the Opal Coast in northern France! All the beaches are different in terms of appearance and atmosphere. Especially under the different tides and weather conditions. Deserted beaches, beautiful limestone cliffs (Like Cap Griz-Nez and Cap Blanc-Nez), different rock formations, pebble and sand beaches, picturesque fishing villages, beautiful views. In short, too much to list and photograph.
During a beautiful morning on the beach near Audresselles, we were caught in a rainstorm. After taking shelter in the car, we returned to the beach. The rain had made the view a lot less interesting. But the rain did cause the pebbles on the beach to turn the most beautiful colors. And the variety of colors and shapes was enormous!
So I was able to indulge in that. Among other things, I discovered this heart-shaped stone, the symbol of love.
On to the next trip to the Opal Coast. Because I am far from finished photographing there!
