Panorama of an abandoned underground station by TheXclusive Art

The ‘Abandoned Metro Station’ panorama depicts a deserted underground station with an impressively symmetrical perspective of concrete columns stretching into the distance. A solitary bench takes centre stage in the composition, whilst rows of fluorescent lights on the ceiling cast an even glow over the long corridor, subtly reflecting off the smooth tiled floor. The complete absence of people lends this normally bustling space an unusually serene, almost surreal atmosphere.

The clean perspective of the symmetrical row of columns, combined with the cool grey of the concrete and tiles, makes this a stylish photo print that looks modern in any space. The precise symmetry and clean lines lend the image a calming, architectural elegance.

The fascination with deserted urban spaces stems from the silence and symmetry of architecture that is normally teeming with activity. These kinds of tranquil cityscapes have long captivated photographers with their contemplative, almost melancholic beauty.

In a sleek, modern space, this tranquil station vista immediately catches the eye, whether it hangs in an office, hallway or living room. This artwork is available on various materials and in a range of sizes to suit any desired style.
