About the artwork

Untermünstertal is a picturesque Black Forest village nestled between rolling hills and lush green meadows. The originally independent Untermünstertal merged with Obermünstertal in 1971 to form the municipality of Münstertal Münstertal/Schwarzwald. Traditional houses blend harmoniously into the landscape. For centuries, the Bad Krozingen - Untermünstertal region was characterised by mining, but today the unspoilt nature attracts visitors from all over the world. The valley epitomises authentic Black Forest idyll with its characteristic mixture of forest, meadows and village community.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
