Under the bright blue sky of an August day, a breathtaking panorama opens up from the Gaisalphorn, majestically enthroned at 1953 metres above sea level. The warm rays of sunshine paint a vivid picture over the southern outskirts of Oberstdorf and the lush green Loretto meadows. Here, on this sublime vantage point, the elements merge into a poetic symphony of nature.
Against this imposing backdrop, the Fellhorn rises proudly at 2038 metres, a true giant of the Allgäu Alps. Its peaks reflect the elegance and grandeur that this radiant summer's day is capable of bestowing. What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
