In 2022, the CM Circuit Zandvoort once again hosted the Grand Prix of the Netherlands, also known as the Dutch GP. This picture was taken during the free practice on Friday. The photo shows an overview of part of the beautiful circuit, which extends through the dunes of Zandvoort.
You can see the run up to the famous Arie Luyendykbocht. The corner has undergone a major metamorphosis and has finally been transformed into an impressive corner with a banking of 18 degrees.
You can also see the many spectators who have chosen a nice spot in the dunes all around the circuit, exactly what makes the circuit so unique. In the distance you can see the Ferris wheel which was in the fan area. The flats in the background are also clearly visible.
