About ‘Over the moon:’ by Collage Aday

A collage of dreams and tranquillity The woman at the centre of this work is more than just "in de wolken". She is literally in the clouds, with tufts of fluffy white clouds enveloping her head. But the clouds are also figurative: they radiate a sense of dreams and lightness, as if she were elevated above earthly concerns.

Within her lies something else: a tranquil lake. The water is rippleless, with only a single cloud reflected in it. This lake symbolises the calm and peace she experiences within. The clouds in her inner and outer worlds are connected, showing that she can live both in her dreams and in her inner peace.

The image is both dreamlike and realistic. The collage invites the viewer to reflect on the relationship between dreams and stillness. Can dreaming be a way to find peace? Or is stillness a prerequisite for dreaming? This work leaves room for interpretation.

The artwork is a reminder of the beauty of dreams and the power of stillness. It is an image that can offer comfort in times of turmoil, and that can inspire us to pursue our own dreams.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
