About ‘Oostmahorn gauge’ by Evert Jan Luchies
View of the gauge in the harbour of the Frisian village of Oostmahorn, located on the Lauwersmeer, on the border between the provinces of Friesland and Groningen. This little tower is often mistaken for a lighthouse, but it only serves to measure the water level. This photo was taken in January 2025.
