A typical Scottish coastal village with a sea ship in the distance. Together with the west of the country, northern Scotland is by far the most rugged and least populated. This is obviously because of its mountainous nature, and north-east Scotland is still little touristy. Yet there is much to enjoy here. Everything here is nature, nature and more nature.
