At Ollantaytambo, the mountains provide an impressive backdrop to the Inca ruins, making the site all the more striking. Looking up from the stone terraces, you can see the Andean peaks, silent witnesses to centuries of history. This natural setting, majestic and wild, is in perfect symbiosis with the architecture of the site, making Ollantaytambo a jewel of the Sacred Valley. This view, charged with spirituality, invites us to contemplate the grandeur of the Inca civilisation and its close relationship with the surrounding nature.
