About ‘Olive harvest in a bin’ by Bella Luna Fotografie
December is the month when olives are harvested in southern Spain. nets are placed around the olive trees and a special rake is used to pull the olives from the trees. The olives fall into the nets and are collected in large containers. the olives then have to go to the press as quickly as possible to obtain the best olive oil.
