An old British Leyland brand tractor, type 272, is slowly overgrown by nettles and rust. It must have been here for many years. Somewhere in a meadow in Shropshire, England. British Leyland tractors were built between 1976 and 1984 at Bathgate in Scotland. So this unit is at least 40 years old (photo is from 2024). A tractor with a cab was quite a luxury in those days. The front loader was probably used to haul feed from a silo or straw manure from the barn. Originally, the tractor had a nice baby blue colour. Little of that can be seen now. Rust is quietly taking possession of it.
A picture like this would not look out of place in an office or canteen. Buy it as photo wallpaper and park the tractor life-size in your space.
