About ‘Old olive mill in Andalusia surfacing in a reservoir.’ by Jan Katuin
The steps of a flooded Roman olive mill in the Iznájar reservoir in Andalusia Spain. Due to the huge drought in recent years, the water in this reservoir is dropping alarmingly and all sorts of ruins from the past are coming to the surface which then, as here, makes for a lovely spring photo.

Since 2007 I live in the interior of the Spanish Andalusia and take pictures of the beautiful cities, villages and beautiful landscapes. Gradually I have built up a bond with the locals and have visited the major cities of Malaga, Cordoba and Granada so many times that I think I know many places that most people do not know. A small overview of these I show at Werk aan de muur.
