This work shows the northern lights, also known as aurora borealis, over the mountain range of the Lyngen Alps (Lyngsalpan in Norwegian) and the Lyngen fjord. The northern lights create beautiful patterns in the sky and give the photo a green colour. The water of the fjord also shows a green reflection of the northern lights.
