Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Night shot Friedrichstrasse in Berlin’ by Jenco van Zalk

This photo was taken at the Friedrichstrasse Berlin station where train, metro, bus, cars, cyclists and pedestrians skim past each other.
It was taken with a slow shutter speed, so you can see the route of the city bus in the picture. Getting everything right when taking this photo was a bit of a challenge. Right height, right moment of the bus, the lighting and so on to get the right atmosphere of this traffic junction in the picture. The station, the tram, cars cyclists and pedestrians, they are all there, together in one photo.

Some of the photos I took in Berlin show the stationary and the moving city together. Buildings, the Berlin Wall, streets, Checkpoint Charlie and and other landmarks in this city, immobile in the cityscape. With long shutter speeds, time shots, the people passing by, as well as the trams, trains, buses and cars, made part of the image about the city of Berlin.
