About ‘Night shining clouds above the heather’ by Karla Leeftink
Shortly after sunset, the shining night clouds show their best side. Above the heathland they sit high in the air with their wave patterns and lines. The fog comes up after a hot day. The night clouds fan out from the north and are only there in the summer. It is a rare phenomenon that certainly does not occur every year.
