About "New York State of Mind"

About the artwork

Welcome to my surrealistic artwork called "New York State of Mind". This digitally created work is a combination of photography and 3D rendering and is available as a print. The image shows a stunning scene of a flooded New York. In the centre of the image, we see a wooden rowboat with a man calmly fishing with a fishing rod. This makes for a wonderful contrast to the chaos and destruction caused by the flood, with the traffic lights all on red, making it seem as if the city has come to a standstill. The sunset or sunrise in the distance gives the image a serene and almost fairy-tale feel. The combination of photography and 3D rendering has created a surreal world that raises questions for the viewer. What has happened to the city? Why is the man still fishing quietly? What does it mean that the traffic lights are on red? This artwork takes the viewer into a new world, where reality meets fantasy. It is an invitation to use your own imagination and enjoy the incredible images created by the mix of photography and 3D rendering.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
