These traditional Dutch biscuits are baked and eaten on New Year's day. They are baked with a waffle iron and rolled when they are still warm. They are often filled with whipped cream. But also without whipped cream these rolls are delicious. I baked the cookies in the picture according to my own gluten-free recipe.
