The Blue Planet is also called the aquarium, but for me it's a golden planet! The sun had not yet set, the golden hour had just begun, and it shone so beautifully on the building and the reflection of the water.
Not only is The Blue Planet in Copenhagen the largest aquarium in northern Europe, the building is also an architectural masterpiece. Inside the building, which depicts large blue sails, thousands of animals live in different aquariums with a total of seven million litres of seawater. You will find sharks and rays, piranhas and anacondas, among others.
Truus Nijland is a passionate photographer who has a penchant for abandoned buildings such as castles, monasteries, churches and industrial locations.
