About the artwork

Self-love is an important thing that many of us often overlook. We are often so busy trying to please others that we forget that our own opinion of ourselves is most important. It is not the job of others to like us or accept us. It is our job to love ourselves and accept who we are, with all our faults and weaknesses. A heart in the background can serve as a symbol of this self-love. It reminds us that we need to love and appreciate ourselves before we can receive love and appreciation from others. When we love ourselves, we can also be much happier and more content. We are not so dependent on being loved by others because we already have the love we need, but self-love is not always easy. It often requires that we accept our weaknesses and flaws and allow ourselves to be human. It also requires that we forgive ourselves and allow ourselves to make mistakes. Overall, self-love is an important part of happiness and contentment. A heart in the background can remind us that our own opinion of ourselves is most important and that we must love and accept ourselves first before we can receive love and acceptance from others.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
