In the snow-covered expanses of the Allgäu highlands, the picturesque mountain farm of Gerstruben is nestled in a dreamy winter landscape, kissed by bright sunshine. The clear, cold air carries the scent of fresh snow and pine trees, while the sun's rays shine over the snow-covered roofs of the farm.
The rolling hills frame the idyllic property, and every step in the crunching snow tells stories of winters gone by. The half-timbered house radiates a warm cosiness as smoke rises from the chimney into the icy air. A wrought-iron gate opens the way to a world where time seems to stand still.
The roofs of the stables bear a white burden that has fallen from the sky, and the surrounding trees bear shimmering crystals that sparkle in the sunlight. A gentle hill in the background is a reminder that nature is in charge here, and the farm is a modest part of this majestic panorama.
The tranquillity of the winter landscape is broken only by the tracks of animals making their way through the fresh snow. What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
