Tips for use

The Oderteich is one of the most popular ponds in the Harz Mountains. You can swim in the front part and relax on the banks. If you walk around once, you can experience the typically wild and romantic Harz wilderness.

The flora and fauna in the rear part is protected so that the biotope can develop.

Especially early in the morning, when everything is still quiet, the atmosphere is always changing and special.

As the seasons change, there is often this resinous mist that lies on the water like a veil. This creates a mystical atmosphere.
