The morning had arrived on the beach of Zoutelande, Zeeland (NL) and the saturated pastel shades in the air slowly gave way to yellow shades and a blue sky. Here the gaze is focused on the dune ridge and the beach that overflows into the beach of Dishoek, almost at the end of the dune are the two lighthouses that are still visible. In the evening and night hours they give a red light and they are good to see from this point, these lighthouses are, in contrast to the many round lighthouses I had seen in the area, square and built of bricks. Here the sea line runs beautifully into the picture, which in turn creates a beautiful play of lines that runs across the dunes. At sea a ship was approaching in the distance, the lighting clearly visible. Soon the sky would turn yellow and even show golden shades and the sun would appear behind the dune back.
