Mingo Falls is a 37 meter high waterfall near the town of Cherokee, Swain County in North Carolina. It is part of the larger Blue Ridge Mountains and is one of the highest waterfalls in the southern Appalachians mountain range.
It was made by climbing off the bridge and then placing my tripod half in the water and half on the stones. By using various filters and multiple exposures, this photo was created. And I can honestly say that I have it on the wall at home myself by now.
